Wanted to explore Palermo and this hotel was excellent base for doing it. Just a 10-minute stroll to the center. The king room had everything you need, a mini bar, central heating and a coffee machine. Nice owner running the property. Moreover, we could park our car nearby. We liked the property and will be back: )

the location was perfect, within walking distance of all major tourist attractions. the room was spacious, well-lit, nicely furnished, and impeccably clean. the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We cannot recommend this place enough for anyone visiting Palermo. Massimo, the manager, was particularly helpful, securing a free parking spot and making a reservation for us at a busy local restaurant. We were also treated to a warm welcome with espresso and a freshly baked cake from his wife. the common area and kitchen were modern and spacious, and the balcony was an added bonus. The shopping area is just a two-minute walk away, and all major attractions are easy to reach. Cons: Not one thing 🙌.

The trip to the city was a breeze because the hotel is situated near the main road, and there was a small bakery across the street. The hotel's breakfast was satisfying with lots of fresh bread and healthy options. The hotel has a gym with good equipment, which we enjoyed using during our stay.
The walls were thin, and we could hear people talking and moving in the next room, which sometimes disturbed our quiet time. The bed was squeaky and uncomfortable, we regretted that we didn't bring our own pillows.

I wanted to visit the Capuchin Catacombs very much and chose B&B Zammu for its convenient location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the featured amenities, especially the laundry facilities. It made my stay even more convenient and comfortable. Additionally, I really enjoyed the buffet and Italian breakfast options offered at the bed and breakfast.
I booked a quadruple room for two people, expecting two double beds. However, the room only had one double bed.

The breakfast was decent and the location was not too far from the city center. the communal area was a nice touch and allowed for a cozy atmosphere. the staff was friendly and provided us with good recommendations on nearby restaurants.
the street noise was unbearable, especially at night, with loud scooters and barking dogs making it difficult to sleep.
